Terms & Conditions

General

  1. We reserve the rights to make amendments to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  2. The continued use of our website implies that you agree with our Terms & Conditions stipulated in this page.
  3. All illustrations and descriptions displayed on our website, brochure or in any other forms are for your reference only. Item(s) may not necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions provided.
  4. The collection of your personal data is only for us to ship the items to you. From time to time, we may send you marketing messages via email. If you do not wish to receive any marketing email, please login to your account and change the settings. We will still send you critical email messages (non-marketing) whenever necessary.

Alterations / Changes to Order

  1. It is your responsibility to read and check your order thoroughly. Any request to amend an order must be made in writing before the order is shipped out.
  2. No changes will be accepted once the order has been shipped

Delivery / Store Pick Up

  1. Should your parcel be lost during shipment, it will be replaced or refunded accordingly.
  2. Your order will only be sent out upon confirmation of payment.
  3. Your order can only be shipped to an address that our logistics partner delivers to. Orders shipped to restricted areas that cannot be delivered by our logistics partner will be cancelled.
  4. Store pick up order not collected within 14 days of purchase will be discarded. There will not be any refunds for the discarded order.

Exchange & Damage

  1. We provide a 7 days one for one exchange for items damaged during shipment. Damaged items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  2. Should a replacement not be available for an exchange, a refund will then be made.
  3. For hygiene purposes, certain items such as, but not limited to, Toilet Bowls and Shower sets, cannot be exchanged.
  4. Exchange must be made within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. Refunds or exchange will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of any reasons provided.
  5. Should a refund be made, the payment will be refunded according to the payment method you have chosen. (e.g. Credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card, cash payment will be refunded through cash).

Return & Refund

  1. Goods sold are non-refundable. If goods were damaged during shipment, please refer to the exchange policy above.
  2. Should you wish to check the specifications of a product, you can visit our retail store to view the actual product.
