We deliver locally within Singapore via various methods. As we have a wide range of items, some shipping options may not be available for certain products. Please find more information below.

Standard Delivery

Most small and medium size items will be delivered by our logistics partner.

• Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
• Tracked, will be able to check location of the package
• Insured, lost package or damaged goods will be replaced
• Restrictions:
  • Up to 20kg per order
  • Up to 160cm (L + B + H) parcel size
  • Exclude offshore islands, restricted areas
• Cut-off time at 11am
• The day the order ship out is day zero

Extra Large / Heavy Delivery

Items that are extremely large or heavy will be delivered by our vehicles.

• Delivery within 1 to 2 working days
• Insured, lost package or damaged goods will be replaced
• Restrictions:
  • 10kg and above orders or
  • 160cm and above (L + B + H) orders
  • Exclude offshore islands
• Cut-off time at 12pm
• Surcharge of $10 per floor if no lift is available
